Ground Beef Curry

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onions, garlic, ginger, curry powder, paprika, and chili pepper for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Mix in diced potatoes and ground beef, along with cayenne and white pepper.
- Pour in water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in peas and cook for an additional minute or two, then add parsley and adjust seasoning.
- Remove from heat and let cool, can be prepared a day in advance.
