Curried Ground Beef with Peas and Potatoes

Instructions
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in cooking oil for 1-2 minutes.
- Add curry powder, turmeric, and crushed red pepper, and sauté for one more minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Peel and cube the potato into ½-inch pieces.
- Add cubed potato and beef broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and simmer for a few more minutes until most broth is evaporated.
- Stir in frozen peas and heat through.
- Taste and add salt if necessary, then top with sliced green onions before serving.
