Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat, then reduce to medium and add potatoes, cooking until golden and tender.
- Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet, breaking apart the meat as it cooks.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
- Continue cooking until vegetables are tender and meat is fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in green onions, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
