Ground Beef with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach

Instructions
- Melt half the ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chopped onion until softened.
- Increase the heat and add the ground beef and salt, breaking it into pieces while cooking until no longer pink.
- Stir in the black pepper, garlic powder, fish sauce, and Frank's Red Hot.
- Transfer the cooked meat to a bowl and return the skillet to heat, adding the remaining ghee and sweet potatoes.
- Cook the sweet potatoes until caramelized on each side.
- Return the meat to the skillet, mix with the sweet potatoes, and mound the spinach on top.
- Cover the skillet with a heat-resistant bowl and let sit for a few minutes to wilt the spinach.
- Gently stir the spinach into the mixture until well combined.
- Serve hot with harissa if desired.
