Instructions
- Dice the sweet potatoes into small pieces and add them to a pre-heated large sauté pan with coconut oil, garlic, salt, and cinnamon.
- Coat the sweet potatoes in the oil and spices, cover with a lid, and cook on medium for 12-15 minutes, mixing occasionally.
- Once the sweet potatoes are semi-soft, add the ground meat to the pan and break it up as it cooks.
- Continue cooking until the meat is no longer pink and the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then serve immediately.
