  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.

  5. Flip the hash browns and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Increase the heat to high and cook for an additional 4 minutes, stirring and flipping after 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
