Easy Sweet Potato Hashbrowns

Instructions
- Peel and grate the sweet potatoes, then squeeze out excess water using a towel.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted, then add chopped onions.
- Sauté the onions for 1 to 2 minutes, then add the shredded sweet potatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and chili powder, and let the potatoes cook without stirring for 5 to 8 minutes until slightly browned.
- Flip the sweet potatoes and cook the other side for an additional 5 minutes, seasoning as necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
