Sweet Potato and Chicken Hash

Instructions
- Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add ½ cup of water to deglaze the pan, then stir in salt, pepper, garam masala, and nutmeg.
- Add diced apple and sauté for about one minute until slightly softened.
- Add spiralized sweet potato and another ½ cup of water, cooking until sweet potato is soft and water is almost evaporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped spinach and raisins until evenly distributed and spinach is wilted.
- Serve immediately.
