Ingredients

The base

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream

Flavoring and mix-ins

  • tsp mint extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a 2-quart or larger dish in the freezer.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold a scoop of whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk to lighten it.
  5. Gradually fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until smooth.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the chilled dish and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and chill for two hours.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup and add chocolate chips, then fold gently.
  9. Return to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours.
  10. Scoop and enjoy!
