No-Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Instructions
- Chill a 2-quart or larger dish in the freezer.
- In a medium bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold a scoop of whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk to lighten it.
- Gradually fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the chilled dish and smooth the top.
- Cover and chill for two hours.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and add chocolate chips, then fold gently.
- Return to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours.
- Scoop and enjoy!
