Instructions
- Season the shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and sauté the broccoli for about 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and garlic to the pan, cooking until the shrimp is fully cooked.
- Transfer the shrimp and broccoli mixture to a plate.
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the Caesar dressing, non-dairy milk, and chicken broth.
- Add the angel hair pasta to the pot, using tongs to stir as it softens, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
- Return the shrimp and broccoli to the pot, then add lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
- Taste and garnish with black pepper and parsley before serving.
