Ingredients

The pasta

  • 12 oz Angel Hair Pasta
  • ¾ Cup Plain Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1⅔ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian Parsley, finely chopped

The sauce and seasoning

  • Cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 5 Cloves Garlic, mashed
  • Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to Taste

The vegetables and protein

  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets, cut into very small pieces
  • 1 Pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and sauté the broccoli for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and garlic to the pan, cooking until the shrimp is fully cooked.
  4. Transfer the shrimp and broccoli mixture to a plate.
  5. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the Caesar dressing, non-dairy milk, and chicken broth.
  6. Add the angel hair pasta to the pot, using tongs to stir as it softens, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
  7. Return the shrimp and broccoli to the pot, then add lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
  8. Taste and garnish with black pepper and parsley before serving.
