The oil and broth

avocado oil, divided

beef or chicken broth
Instructions
- Cut the beef into 2 inch cubes and place in the Instant Pot.
- Mix all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil on the beef and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the beef and stir to cover as much as possible.
- Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot and add more avocado oil to coat the bottom.
- Sear the beef on all sides for 1-2 minutes until browned.
- Press cancel on the Instant Pot and pour in the broth.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure cook time to 30 minutes with a 20 minute natural release.
- Release any remaining pressure, then shred the beef with two forks.
