Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugars, spices, and salt.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks, then stir in the half and half, milk, pumpkin, and vanilla.
- Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl and pour the milk mixture over them, gently tossing to coat. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then cut and serve with optional toppings.
