The dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables together.
- Drizzle olive oil and Balsamic vinegar over the vegetables and add salt to taste.
- Toss the vegetables to coat them evenly.
- Spread the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes or until caramelized.
