Broiled Grapefruit Prepared Two Ways

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil at 500° if temperature options are available.
- For ramekin preparation, slice grapefruits in half and trim away the rind and pith.
- Cut the grapefruit into small bite-sized pieces and place them in ramekins.
- Mix sugar and spices, then sprinkle evenly on top of the grapefruit.
- Place the ramekins in the oven about 3 inches under the broiler and cook for about 5 minutes, watching for bubbling or charring.
- For whole grapefruit, slice them in half crosswise and sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture on top.
- Broil the whole grapefruit for about 5 minutes, watching closely.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
