Grilled Grapefruit Paloma

Instructions
- 1. Set up a charcoal grill for direct heat and let the charcoal ash over.
- 2. Dip the grapefruit halves in sugar to coat them, then grill until char marks form.
- 3. Allow the grilled grapefruit to cool slightly, then juice them.
- 4. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the tequila, and add juice from one grapefruit.
- 5. Top with soda water and stir in honey using a rosemary sprig as a swizzle stick.
