coarse salt for glass rims (optional)

Instructions
- Juice the grapefruits and limes, then pour the juice into a jar or small pitcher.
- Stir in honey if using and add the tequila, mixing well.
- To salt the rims of the glasses, rub a lime wedge along the rim and coat it in coarse salt.
- Fill the glasses with ice and pour the juice mixture over, leaving room for sparkling water if desired.
- Serve immediately.
