Instructions
- Prepare the jalapeño honey syrup by combining honey, boiling water, and jalapeño slices in a bowl. Stir and let it cool.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, mix grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, and jalapeño honey syrup. Shake well.
- Rim a glass with lime juice and dip it in the sweet and spicy mixture of sea salt, chili powder, sugar, and lime zest.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice, pour the cocktail mixture, and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with additional jalapeño slices, lime slices, or grapefruit slices, and enjoy.
