Instructions
- Prepare a salt rim by mixing salt with grapefruit zest in a shallow bowl.
- Chop the jalapeño and muddle it with agave syrup and water in a shaker.
- Add grapefruit and lime juices to the muddled mixture and let it infuse for 15 minutes for more spice.
- If using a salt rim, moisten the glass rim with a grapefruit wedge and roll it in the salt mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice, pour in the jalapeño mixture, and top with sparkling water.
- Serve with a grapefruit wedge.
