Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and jalapeños in a pan and smoke at 165° to 180° for two hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooled, pour the simple syrup into a mason jar or glass bottle.
- For the margarita, combine all ingredients in a chilled cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and pour over ice.
