Fire Roasted Jalapeno Margarita

Instructions
- Infuse tequila with pineapple at least 24 hours before making the margaritas.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
- Grill the jalapenos and limes until charred.
- Remove from the grill and let cool, then chop the jalapenos.
- Squeeze the grilled limes into a large vessel and add water to adjust the strength.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz of tequila, 3 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of agave syrup, and ¼ of the chopped jalapeno.
- Shake vigorously and rim the glass with lime and BBQ rub.
- Pour the mixture into the glass and top with sparkling water if desired.
- Garnish with chopped jalapenos and a lime wedge.
