Spicy Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita

Instructions
- Coat the sliced pineapple in butter if using and grill until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
- Combine tequila, cilantro, and lime juice in a jar or cup and muddle the mixture until the cilantro is somewhat smashed.
- Add the grilled pineapple juice and pieces to the mixture, straining if desired.
- Add fresh lime slices, pineapple juice, and soda/water if using.
- Serve over ice with extra pineapple as garnish.
