Grilled Pineapple + Jalapeño Margaritas

Instructions
- Cut a fresh pineapple into ½ inch thick rings and cut a small jalapeño in half lengthwise, deseeding it.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the pineapple rings and jalapeño halves for about five minutes per side until charred.
- Chill the grilled pineapple and jalapeño for at least thirty minutes, then cut the pineapple into chunks and the jalapeño into smaller pieces.
- Set aside two pineapple chunks for rimming the glasses and garnish.
- Blend the jalapeño pieces and grilled pineapple chunks with agave syrup until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the strained mixture, lime juice, orange liqueur, and tequila, then shake vigorously.
- Combine the sugar, sea salt, cayenne, and chili powder on a small plate and mix well.
- Use a pineapple chunk to rim each glass in the spice mix.
- Divide the cocktail mixture between the prepared glasses and garnish with sliced jalapeño and grilled pineapple.
