Instructions
- Muddle the pineapple chunks, jalapeno slices, and a pinch of salt in a cocktail shaker until the pineapple is mostly broken down.
- Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Combine the rim ingredients on a plate. Run a pineapple or lime wedge around the rims of two glasses and dip them into the mixture.
- Fill the glasses with ice, strain the margarita into the glasses, and garnish with a pineapple chunk or lime wedge.
