Instructions
- 1. Preheat the broiler and prepare the grapefruits by slicing off the ends to create a flat base.
- 2. Cut each grapefruit in half and place them face-down on paper towels to absorb excess moisture for about five minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the sugar with ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4. Place the grapefruit halves face-up on a baking sheet and sprinkle the sugar mixture generously on top.
- 5. Broil the grapefruits for 7 to 10 minutes until the sugar melts and turns amber.
- 6. Allow the grapefruits to cool slightly, then serve warm or at room temperature with yogurt, honey, and granola.
