Easy One Pan Chicken and Potatoes

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil, then set aside.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat, add olive oil and butter, then garlic, potatoes, and remaining ingredients. Cook until potatoes are browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter, then pan-fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Push the chicken to one side and add the potatoes, seasoning with additional salt to taste. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
