Instructions
- Whip the mascarpone until creamy.
- Add ricotta, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla to the mascarpone and mix by hand.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
- Optionally, melt chocolate and dip one end of the cannoli shells.
- Fill the shells with the cannoli cream using a pastry bag or spoon.
- Optionally, dip the filled end of the cannoli into chopped pistachios or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
