Instructions
- Strain the ricotta overnight.
- Melt the chocolate if dipping cones, then dip and let set.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine strained ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl and whip to blend.
- Fold the whipped cream and chocolate chips into the ricotta mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the cones.
- Garnish with chocolate chips, pistachios, and raspberries if desired.
