Instructions
- Combine ricotta and mascarpone cheeses in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
- Stir in ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
