Instructions
- Blend heavy cream, milk, sugar, and corn syrup until the sugar dissolves.
- Add ricotta, cream cheese, and vanilla bean seeds, and blend until pureed.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 1 hour, stirring halfway through.
- Process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Add cannoli shell pieces, mini chocolate chips, and pistachios in the last few minutes of processing.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until semi-firm.
