Ingredients

The dip

  • 3 medium-large zucchini

  • ¼–½ cup fresh herbs
  • 2–3 tablespoons yogurt

Garnishes

  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste zaatar or dukkah
  • to taste Aleppo chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the zucchini by cutting it into thin slices.

  3. Blend the cooked zucchini with garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add fresh herbs and pulse to combine, adjusting seasoning as needed.
