Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor, starting with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning by adding more lemon juice, garlic, and salt to taste.
- Serve chilled with vegetables or crackers.
