Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Tahini
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ to ½ Cup Warm Water
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can Garbanzo Beans
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with olive oil, parsley, or toasted pine nuts.
