Basic Hummus

Instructions
- Put chickpeas in a blender and mix slightly, adding some cooking water.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to the blender.
- Continue mixing while gradually adding olive oil until a smooth, creamy texture is achieved.
- Serve with vegetables or crackers.
