Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and coconut sugar, then blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form small balls of dough and slightly flatten them.
- Sprinkle the tops with coconut sugar.
- Bake for 10 to 11 minutes and enjoy!
