  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups uncooked brown rice elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups vegan cheese sauce

Optional Garnishes

  • to taste chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  2. 2. Add the tomatoes, beans, spices, and salt, cooking until bubbly.
  3. 3. Pour in the water and add the pasta, cooking until al dente.
