Tahini Glazed Carrots

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the carrots on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the carrots with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and coriander.
- Roast the carrots for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a pint mason jar, combine tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water, salt, and stevia, then stir to mix.
- Drizzle the tahini glaze over the roasted carrots and serve.
