The carrots

The glaze

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel, trim, and cut the carrots into pieces, then place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, butter, orange juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
  5. Arrange the carrots on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
