Honey Glazed Carrots

Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter.
- Once hot, add sliced carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to char.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix well.
- Reduce heat to low, cover with a plate or lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Add sea salt to taste and top with fresh chives.
