Blender Chocolate Chip Cottage Cheese Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners and cooking spray.
- Blend all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a high-speed blender until smooth, being careful not to over-blend.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling for either 10 larger muffins or 12 smaller ones.
- Bake for about 22 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
