The Vegetables

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Combine soy sauce, butter, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Preheat the griddle to medium and grease it with oil.
- Add sesame oil to one side of the griddle and place the vegetables on it, seasoning with salt.
- On the other side of the griddle, add the seasoned chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a tablespoon of the soy butter mixture to the vegetables and the remaining butter to the chicken.
- Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
