Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, melted butter, and minced garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat a wok or skillet on medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
- Add the seasoned steak to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring for even browning.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the steak and cook for an additional minute, then spoon half of the soy butter mixture over the steak and let it melt.
- Remove the steak from the heat and transfer it to a serving dish.
- Add sliced zucchini, onion, and mushrooms to the cooking surface, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once.
- Pour in mirin and the remaining soy butter, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with Hibachi fried rice.
