Instructions
- Make garlic butter by combining softened butter and minced garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic butter.
- Once melted, add steak slices in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Transfer the cooked steak to a plate.
- Add cold cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar, and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Serve the fried rice and vegetables with the cooked steak.
