To assemble the bowls

Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add garlic and rosemary.
- Sear the steak for 4 minutes, flip it, add butter, and cook for another 4 minutes while basting with melted butter.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing it into cubes.
- Assemble the bowls by adding rice, kidney beans, corn, tomato, mixed greens, and steak, then drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce.
