Herbed-Yogurt Dressing

Instructions
- Make the Herbed-Yogurt Dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together and refrigerate.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Thread cherry tomatoes and onions onto skewers, brush with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the veggies for 5-8 minutes until charred and the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Assemble the bowls with romaine, sliced steak, grilled veggies, hummus, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with the Herbed-Yogurt Dressing and garnish with lemon wedges and mint.
