Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper for 4-24 hours.
- Grill the marinated steak for about 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing it thinly on an angle.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare the French bread by rubbing it with olive oil and garlic, then sprinkle with salt and basil before toasting in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine spring greens, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and basil, then toss with the dressing and sprinkle with feta.
- To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, sugar, garlic, oregano, basil, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the dish by spreading the salad over the toasted French bread, adding the sliced steak and soft boiled eggs, then sprinkle with feta and fresh pepper.
