Instructions
- Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth and coat the steak with the dressing, refrigerating for 1-2 hours.
- Heat a heavy pan over high heat, remove the steak from the marinade, and cook it in the pan until golden brown, flipping as necessary.
- Toss the cooked steak with the vegetables and enough dressing to coat, adding wontons and scallions just before serving.
