The Burritos

sriracha mayo or yum yum sauce

Instructions
- Slice the beef thinly and pulse the pear, garlic, and ginger in a food processor.
- Combine all ingredients for the beef in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-5 hours until tender.
- Prepare burrito fillings by cooking the rice, mincing herbs, and preparing the sauce.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on foil, add rice, meat, herbs, kimchi, and sauce in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from front to back, wrapping in foil if saving for later.
