The Tacos

Instructions
- Make the sauce by blending pears, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar until mostly smooth, reserving half for later.
- Trim fat from the meat, cut into large chunks, and place in the Instant Pot with half of the sauce. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Release steam, then shred the meat in the Instant Pot using two forks.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with beef, cilantro, peanuts, kimchi, and spicy mayo.
