Instant Pot Korean Ground Beef

Instructions
- Prepare and measure all ingredients for smoother cooking.
- Turn on the Instant Pot's Sauté setting and heat the oil, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, Asian pear (if using), red pepper flakes, and white pepper. Mix well.
- Cancel the Sauté setting and place the trivet in the pot over the beef.
- In a separate pan, combine the rice, water, and butter, then place it on top of the trivet.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook/Manual and set to cook for 4 minutes on high pressure.
- After cooking, allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the rice pan, fluff the rice, and stir the beef.
- Serve the beef over rice, in lettuce wraps, or in tacos, garnished as desired.
