Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef for 4-6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
- 4. Pour the sauce over the beef and bring to a simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water and add it to the beef mixture, cooking for 1 minute until thickened.
- 6. Stir in the green onions and sesame seeds.
- 7. Divide the rice and vegetables among bowls and top with the beef mixture before serving.
